Jean-Pierre in Bella Magazine

Jean-Pierre, Reshape Coach and rapid fat loss expert, had a fantastic double page spread in Bella Magazine this week.

As one of our top clients, Jean-Pierre’s 15 years of experience as a self employed personal trainer has most certainly paid off. Pierre's techniques are martial arts based, integrated with Thai boxing. He shares some tempting top tips that we can all engage in:

“Sleep is more important to keep your metabolism revved up because you produce a growth hormone when you sleep which burns fat. Aim for at least 7-8 hours. Eighty per cent of fat burning occurs while you sleep.”

Pierre believes that health and fitness goals work hand in hand with career and life goals and many high achievers simply don't take care of their health. He says that people can change their lives by reshaping their bodies and mindsets and his overall target is to make sure there is not a single overweight high achiever working in London.

The 'Bella' article contains great advice which we can all put to practice from the comfort of our own homes. Pierre suggests using your whole body as one unit for maximum results: “This is called functional strength training – it makes your whole body work harder so your strength, fat loss and metabolism will all be boosted.”

For Jean-Pierre's incredible words of wisdom, get your claws on Issue 22 of Bella Magazine or visit his website at: http://www.reshapecoach.me.uk .
